My Trip to the Farmer's Market

Perry and Lizzie visited Susannah's school while mom and I went to the Union Square Farmer's market. we will make caramelized onions with garlic. then, we are going to add greens and brussels sprouts. The greens are lots of different kinds, kale, spinach, tot soi, and a few kinds of mustard greens.

My Weekend

I went to Chinatown last Saturday and ate shrimp dumpling and shrimp shu mai and shrimp
rice noodle. I just ate a Bosc pear and thought it was a Asian pear.

Folders

I helped mom fill the folders for her ADHD nutrition lunch. I also wrote the shopping list on an excel spreadsheet. I listed the foods from 4 different stores,Eli's,whole foods,farmers market,health food store. It was a fun project.

On Thursdays we go out for lunch and we like to go to yin yankee and pols.
